How to make a reservationHow to make a reservation by telephone or faxReservation should be made as follows: 1. Read the General Guest Terms 2. Check for availability of specific accommodation on the www.hoteldalmina.hr web site or by phone with the Hotel Dalmina info centre. 3. Make your request to the hotel by fax or telephone. 4. If the requested accommodation is available, the Hotel Dalmina will send you a quote including the total cost of the arrangement. 5. If you decide to use our services as offered, we will require payment of 50% of the total amount in order to reserve the accommodation (a pro-forma invoice will be included). Payment for the reservation can be made: within Croatia, by deposit to the account of the Hotel Dalmina. Within 12 hours you will receive an email containing our quote. Payment of 50% of the total amount confirms acceptance of the offer. Please notify us by email that payment has been made. After checking with our bank, we will send you confirmation of reservation or voucher by email, and your reservation will be complete.
